Currently we work on an 8-14 working day turn-around time... majority of the time we dispatch quicker than this but we always like to give you our worse case scenario.

Where it all began...
Scentsoytional was built during the worldwide pandemic of 2020, I've always had a huge addiction and love for wax melts and whilst in the strange and uncertain times of lockdown I thought I would have a go at making my own! Little did I know that would be the start of my new business journey, It has been truly delightful to see thousands of orders leave my own home in a short space of time and for each and every customer I meet are every little part of this huge journey me and my family are taking together...
